There's a slight chance that my husband's company will be transferring him to Sydney. I am a certified (New Jersey, USA) math teacher with 28 years experience. How likely is it that there would be work available for me in or around Sydney? What additional certifications would I need (if anyone happens to have that information?)

Hi there! I see no-one has replied to this yet! Have you found anything else out since posting? I'm in a similar situation but had contacted the states to register as a teacher. If you contact teach.nsw.edu.au all the info is on there but takes ages to get your head round it. I'm stuck now though as they need a working with children number and I don't have one, and you can only get it in Australia! Let me know if you get anywhere!
