seperated and visa grant??

hello everyone,

I have lodged my application for Australian immigration class 175 in the month of dec 2011 and currently sept. 2011 cases are being finalized by the authorities, all my papers are in order with the problem is that at the time of lodging my application i was separated from my wife and now divorce in underway , though i have produced a legal court paper that i intent to get a divorce.

Will Australian government reject my case that my divorce case is still pending ? as it takes lot of time for divorce case to be finalized and granted.
OR Will the authorities give me extension in my immigration until my divorce is finalized, generally what is the time frame given by them after allocation of my application is done?

answers will be highly appreciated.
