So we're home...

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all well. I posted a thread around March this year explaining that myself and my girlfriend would be taking a 6 week holiday down the East Coast.

Well needless to say, after our holiday we are eager to get back as soon as possible. So having looked into what we would need to do, we have the a couple of questions:

1) My job as Golfer is on the CSOL list, what visa would I be best suited for?

2) My girlfriend as a Dental Nurse/Dental Assistant is not on any list, would she be able to get a job in Australia, and if so what is the likelihood of her getting sponsored?

3) If she doesn't obtain a sponsorship and I get a visa, would she be able to come on the back of my visa as a partner?

4) Is there any agencies that could possibly help us with any enquiries we have?

Any information anyone can provide would be massively helpful.

Thanks, Lee

1. If an occupation is only on the CSOL, then you would need state or business sponsorship. Check the state lists first to see if any states are sponsoring

2. Business sponsorship requires an occupation on one of the lists

3. Yes, if she is your defacto - if you live together.

4. Try Go Matilda
