Support workers jobs in brisbane

Hey every one, I'm planing on moving to Brisbane in December with my partner and iv worked in the care environment for over 4 years and I want to stay in the care environment and I'm wondering if anyone give me a point in the rift direction or any help in how to get supported jobs or any support worker jobs!! Thanks every one :-)
