the application looks really good and obviosuly you can prove you have joint financial stuff, which is a huge advantage and shows your commitment to each other.
how long did you live together and in which country? When did you return back to australia?

by the way ( i'm the sponsor ( Aussie) )

though her name is not on the lease , she makes payments into our joint account where we pay the rent to the real estate . she also included receipts from ikea from all the furniture we both bought .

we've live together in australia for 6 months ( our first aniversary is on august 14th ) , she just left back to sweden as her working holiday expired she has been home for a week now and today ( swedish time ) has sent the application documents via mail .

is it too quick to re-apply since she got back to sweden ?

she already got a return ticket for august 17th and application was sent today . hoping it would take 2months . are we asking for to much ?

oh 2 months? I doubt it will be that quick, the estimate time is 4-10 months... depending on each case and country of applicant. I myself immigrated to australia via spouse visa, I met my ex partner while I was on working holiday visa... then re-entered via tourist visa, by the end of those six months we were living together over 12 months... then applied for partner visa onshore.. which worked.
2 months via PMV is unrealistic, why don't you try for a normal tourist visa, since she is from sweden and it counts to a low risk country. She would have no problem in getting a tourist visa, probably only takes you 5 days max. I am from Germany myself, and tourist visas are granted easy coming from european countries.
I am also trying now for a PMV for my partner, who is from India though, and we are in for a long wait.

Hope this helps.

thanks for the feedback as you are from germany and we are applying in berlin it helps alot , the problem is that if she applies for tourist visa she cannot work when she comes here and she'll have to leave again if she wants to apply for PMV . or wait apply on shore like you did ?

gosh I guess we are left with PMV as she already sent the documents .

she bought a return ticket which she can change the date , I'm not sure if you can change the dates by a couple of months : /

You never know mate, it might get approved quickly... there are always more than one way to get to your goal... it is sometimes just a matter of picking one and going for it. But always have a backup plan

So wait and see what happens with PMV, just don't be too hopeful it will get approved in time, it surely will get approved, just might take a bit longer so be ready to change flights. Good luck to you! All the best.
