Ausie Pensioner

I am a retired 64 year old Australian Disability Pensioner living in Australia. My 52 year old girlfriend wishes to emigrate from Spain so we may marry. We have spent time together on her current and previous visit to Aus, and of course maintain contact via internet etc. We are both professional sculptors with a respected record.

We are very close, and wish to work in art together. I find my health benefits greatly when we are together.

We are concerned that we may not qualify due to our age, and that I am receiving a government disability pension for depression. We intend to marry, but wish to wait to ensure our application was successful. We are keen to get officially engaged.

Age should not be a problem and the PMV would be the best visa for you.

Visa Route: 600/300/600/820/801
PMV to PR 44 months.
