Need help in partner visa refusal for MRT

Hi I m sunny, I applied for partner visa in 22sep 2011 , got bridging visa c , but I did nt get any response untill this month, I sent an enquiry in email about process in may but did nt get any reply, and now got email about refusal. In my acknowledgement letter it said when your case will be allocated to case officer u ll be advices for required documents. But now my wife is four months pregnent , we got car loans together, my name is in the lease and other bills and got full time job that's what case officer mentioned in refusal letter but I was waiting for case officer to contact me whenever my case ll open . I m going to apply MRT with all bills , lease, car loan and pregnency reports, Please anyone suggest me what else I can do

You need to understand that the decision is made according to your situation at the moment of application. Anything that happens afterwards, like lease bills or whatever is irrelevant. MRT will have the same verdict, unless you have evidence prior to date of application.
I would apply for visa again right away.

I got everything in my hand just have to send these document to tribunal court, but somebody told me tribunal court can change decision on case if I provide enough evidence

i was told if m.r.t. say no then i have to leave Australia after two and a half years it will be hard to go we will see will keep you all informed
