I live in USA.

Hi,
I live in USA and i am from Pakistan and i have applied for asylum here and i have work permit to work here legally but I love a girl who is Australian Permanent Resident and i want to get married with her on Skype.As i cant travel and have no permission to travel by immigration. so If i get marry on Skype so is it possible that she can apply for my permanent residency in Australia. please guide me ...Thanx

No absolutely not, a Skype marriage is not legal in Australia and you have never even met her in person. Just be happy you are safe in USA and stop country shopping

You have zero chances of success

What you can do is ask her to come to usa and get married there since she can come to usa with less dificulties.i think that would be the best to do to put a start.
