Question Temporary Partner Visa

In my other threads, I have spoken about my partner and our current situation. We need guidances and I know this is the right place to get the answers.

Like I said before, I have been in Australia last year. My partner had his carer pension, but now things have changed. He is currently on Newstart.

Will this be a problem if he sponsors me ?

Any help is much appreciated.

Shane.
