Hi,

Quick intro.
My partner is Australian and we are hoping to move to Australia if I'm successful with my visa application.
I submitted my visa online on 7th October, 2015 and got assigned a case officer on the 13th January, 2016. Playing the waiting game!
My partner is from Queensland and that is where we are hoping to go. Everything is crossed that I get granted my visa!

Hy,
I applied for partner visa subclass 309 offshore from Bangladesh last year feb and on march 2015 i gave my police clearance. On october 2015 i was requested medical. On feb 2016 i did my biometrics. Now on may 2016 the case officer wanted recent conversation, bank joint account and police clearance.Though we did a mistake we gave soft copy of police clearance. Now on 28th august we send the hard copy of police clearance to the the aus immigration. Now how long can it take to get the visa?Already waiting for 18 months.
