MRT decision relates only to the visa you requested to review. So you should be able to apply for another visa, however how valid are your tourist intentions is another question.

I am on bridging visa at the min which expires 1st Jan. Its the second stage of my 801 partner visa they're refusing. Im four years married and i am getting scared now that i have to leave. Any suggestions?? I have already been on working holiday visa. I believe this is another way for the government to scam money as my relationship is true can i take it through the courts or should i hire a lawyer. Please help me. Regards.
