How to get the Certificated of good conduct from KLN

I'm Malaysian, I wish someday I can hold a WHY visa to Australia, I saw my Taiwan friend complete the application in ten minute....
I wanna complete my own application for Malaysian like ten years HELL !
I stuck in the letter of good conduct, what the hell!

I call them, nobody pick up.
I send email, nobody answer me...
Walao.......... I wanna rush to putrajaya in person and shout out of my angry

Dude, go to their homepage. Click e-consular, create an ID and log in. Fill up the forms and you have to submit hard copy to their office. Search for their local office. Hope this help.

Yap ~ people said it take 1-2 months

a long long times, some advise me go straight to the counter will get in 3hours .....

I'm thinking which one better~~~~~

New ruling, you must apply online then go to counter to submit hardcopy. Whatever method, it will still take min 4 weeks for them to issue clearance.
