You did travel to Australia to activate it didn't you? Otherwise you could lose it, if you haven't already.

How is the job market in Australia now? Hear it is pretty hard to get jobs these days. I am an engineer in a academia.

Well, it really depends on which industry you're heading to.
As i'm in construction industry, my friend told me that they're picking up a bit now. Mining seems to be slowing down as lots of engineer being 'goreng'.
IT sounds oversupply now, as heard that most corporate company is outsourcing their department to Asia.

I'm worried as you coz there's so many factors in their mind whether they appoint you or not. I never unemployed before, my feeling is like you jump into the sea without any safety gear with you. What you rely is your savings...
