Smile Miss a call form embassy

Hi mates
I have applied my student visa to Australia from UK my passport is Pakistani. I have done my foundation form Kingston Universty and got admission in college in diploma. When I applied my visa college issued me letter that I have done my 13/16 assigments and course will
Be completed on 31 July 2016. 2 weeks before I missed a call from embassy but I missed it then they email me about my CEO and travel history. When I have provided them but they haven't call me again can any body help me in this regards how many chances of my visa although my classes has started in Australia.
