Smile Dual nationality citizen. Moving from uk hoping to study nursing! Help

Hi everyone! I'm a 24 year old born and raised in England
I have never been to oz but was lucky enough to be born
With dual nationality. I am hoping to come over in August of this year. I want to go to university to study nursing can anyone give me some advice of the beneifts help I can claim to study. Can I get help with housing support or job seeking allowance untill u can find a job? Please help. Hoping to settle in Melbourne. Thanks Jodie
