Upload Attachments after online Application

I created a new application online. After completion, i registered to upload attachments. I created the password here also. I logged in and looked at it. Since all my papers were not ready, I loggout out.

When I got my paper ready in a week's time, i tried to login, but it said my login name and password is invalid. I had written them down, so I am sure it is correct.

Now I am not able to find any way of resetting the password. Is there any help in this, please?

Thank you,

Hi Sally,
And welcome to the forum

I gather you're talking about an immigration department application for a visa and I'm not at all aware of just how their system works in respect to registration and saving an application.

Sometimes passwords can be case sensitive, ie. using normally lower case letters and I've seen some sites that actually give out an alert that you have Caps Lock on [on your keyboard for that].

It could also have been a number of processing gliches or whatever and if you've entered what you believe is the correct ID/password, not much you can really do to work out what has gone wrong I suspect though if you get an invalid message, sometimes there is also an option for putting in your email address and details are emailed out, but maybe not with immi.

So maybe you'll just need to create a new application and re-submit, no big deal other than it taking you a bit of time again.

If you have any visa queries, best to post in our Visas and immigration section, but just remember we're not Department of Immigration & Citizenship but will help where we can.

Good luck
