Applying for partner visa with child

I was in Australia in 2006 on a WHV and this is where I met my husband...
We left Paris because Rio has a PR and we would like to give a try down under. We are going to lodge my application for a partner visa onshore with our 2 year old daughter.
Rio is an engineer and is looking for a position in the oil and gas field... and me looking for some expat fellows
