Help- prospective spouse visa section 300

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum. Read all the posts and hope I gte some advice.

Im from India and applied for my PMV on October 19 , 2012 from Delhi, India. My fiance and me know each other for the last 2 years and intend to get married. My CO was assigned and after submitting all my documents I applied for tourist visa to go and meet my fiance which was granted by early December. I flew to Australia in January 2013 and on march 8, 2013 I received an email From my CO that said I needed to leave Australia for final processing asap. As per intructions I left Australia and my final processing with my senior case officer started on march 28, 2013

Now it's been over 6 months and I'm eagerly waiting for my PMV. My entire family is looking forward to my wedding in Australia which is possible only after I'm granted my PMV.

I really need to know should I be expecting my PMV soon?? Can I still apply for my 2nd tourist visa or jus wait for my PMV.

Please help
