Hii there

I think that she must apply for a long course... 1, 2... years ( even if she is not planning to complete it ) coz if you get one shorter she might have the " no further stay condition" ( research more about this) . What I recomend is:

1) get 1 year student visa, or more ( be carefull coz I think if you apply for partner visa then the bridging visa with full rights to work will kick once the student visa ends ...)
2) register your relationship + gather all the info required.

3) partner visa.

Please research a lot.
