Permit to travel overseas?

Hey guys,

I came here in Australia on a working sponsored visa (457) however I was unable to pass the probation given to me. Since I have an australian fiancée which I met when m still overseas, we decided to apply for a de facto visa. Although that visa has been already applied, I'm still on a sponsored working visa (457). My concerned is that would I be allowed to go to my country to see my daughter or if there is something goes wrong with my family member over there? Need some advise. Thanks
