MRT case

Hello everyone I applied for TR but because of some reasons my visa got refused. I applied MRT afterwords. I just want to ask that, is that possible to get 457 sponsorship or RSMS sponsorship ? I am working as a chef since 5 and half years. I am well experienced in my field. I just want to know if I can apply sponsorship or not.

Thanking you.
