Advice

Hi dear members am new in this forum, i came to Australia 3yrs ego on a spousal visa 309 later i applied for permanent visa 100 and was refuse i went to the tribunal and it was refuse again then i went for ministerial intervention because I have 3 children who are Australian citizen but the minister refuse again. Please now i want to know if i can go to the federal court or what can I possibly do. Thanks

Hi, no advice for you sorry, but you might want to post this in the Visas and immigration - Living and Working in Australia Forum With Immigration and Travel Information forum - there are migration agents that generously help people but they generally keep to that forum (not introductions).

A bit more information about the refusal reason may also be needed for someone to give any advice.
