186 Transition stream visa

I am currently getting my application for the 186 transition scheme visa through my employer ready and i am doing it myself. I am living in Brisbane can you tell me please tell me if i need to get fingerprints done for the police clearance in Australia and also will one written visa evidence do for the two of us or will my girlfriend have to provide one as well also will i have to get each page stamped by a migrant agent
