Partner Skill Assessment NSW - Subclass 190

I have a question about my current situation.

My wife is a System Analyst and I am a Software Tester.

She has submitted EOI for NSW with 65 points (including 5 points for state) without the partner skill.

I am planning to do ACS for my experience (10 years) under Software Tester. But this skill is not listed under the nominated occupation by NSW.

Is it possible for us to claim additional 5 points where NSW does not have the partner skill in their nominated skills list?
