Student visa

I am from India and i am about to apply for student visa. I have a confusion regarding my lasylt name as in my all documents it is same for me and my father i.e patel and my fathers documents have different last name which is dhol. Will it create a conflict or it is not an issue.
My passport and all documents.

Suresh patel

My fathers document
Suresh dhol.
