Is it a multiple entry? If yes, what's the stay period and must not enter after date?

Im kinda thinking if Im gonna use an agent to process his visa. As its been hard for us being away from each other as a husband and wife. Is anyone can help me decide to use an agent or me itself ? Just trying if I can save some money if I can do so. Anyone can give me some advises about the form 47sp and 40sp is this the right form for me to fill out. How will I know the requirements needed?
I will much appreciated if you can help me sort this things out in my mind planning to apply him by next month coming.

Thank You so much.. God Bless everyone
Yes, it's possible if the visa does not have a no further stay condition.

You don't do paper forms, you do the online forms in immi account.

The immigration website for the 820/801 has a step by step section on how to apply.
