462 and bridging visa towards PR

Hi, my spouse arrived in Australia on a 462 work and holiday (from Chile) visa on 19th of September 2014 and we applied for a spouse visa (801) for her on the 2nd of the September 2015 which was approved on the 14th of December 2016. Can the 462 visa be regarded as time towards citizenship (ie would she be eligible to apply for citizenship on the 19th of September 2018?)

Many Thanks
