Suit a Migration agent

Hi every one, I have sign on a contract with a migration agent to help me find a sponsor which suitable with my degree (They took me a big amount of fee). I apply for 457 visa last year on 29/4. In a year waiting for visa grant, the agent have not give me any news or ask me to submit more docoments. Every time I ask they also said it’s going well no worries. On 14/5/2018 I check thru Vevo then my BVA will be expried on 18/6/2018. They haven’t let me log in any account or mail which they used to contact with immigration department. My 457 have finallise and received refusal decision from immigration department as no sponsor ship, no nomination approved. I am going to suit them. Does any one know when I decide to suit them, will I stay lawfully in Australia with a bridging visa or I have to come back to the country and wait till the court is open? Also, if you are having the same situation and maybe the same agent, It would be great to suit them with a mount of people!
Thanks for seeing and leaving comment!
