Police Clearance Certificate

Hi everyone,
I hope you’re well,
I want to talk about my partner situation, any help with be very much appreciate. My partner lives illegally in Uk for about 6 years, he is working and studying there in his own name, he is paying taxes and everything else. We know each other for 5 years, we discussed to move to Australia which can be the only way to be together and star an new life and have a freedom.
The problem is that if he applys for a visa to Australia they will aks him to provide documentation which is call “ “police check” or “criminal record checks” am I right!? So now how can he get this document from here U.K and Greece if he was living in both countries illegal, is this possible.? By the way my partner is an Albanian citizen. And I’m afraid that if Australian gov know about it, that he was living in other countries illegally are they going to refuse him or they are okay with it as long as he don’t have any criminal records or any offence or anything else??? Or if he go back to his country and he start to apply from there, is this going to be a way out or much easier ? Or should we get married first, maybe our marriage is gone be easier for him!? I don’t know what they exactly check for that “Police check certificate” can he just provide his Albanian Passport or they will ask him “with what documentation are you living here in Uk?”.Albania is not part of Europe. We don’t know what to do we’re stuck. Please is anyone who can help!? Thank you very much.

Healthy regards
Anna
