From the Philippines partner Visa stage 1 onshore

Hello,
I had been reading here for quite a while. I realised applicants country of origin matters(high-low risk). Thus, I am writing this if anyone from the Philippines applied for a Partner Visa stage one? Would be glad to hear from your experiences. Currently on visitors visa. My BVA kicks in next month.
Applied March 11, 2019
Medical March 15, 2019 and has been finalised.
De facto for 6yrs married for 5 years.
Before, my time line states12-21months, but was changed to 21-28months.

Also, where to check the list of high-low risk countries.

Thank you so much!

High-low risk countries for Australian immigration are defined by whether they are ETA eligible or not.

It isn't as relevant as you might think. I've seen partner visas from the Philippines done faster than some from the UK.

Our own one from the Philippines took 8.7 months for the PMV. 3.2 months for the 820 and 9.3 months for the 801.

There was a recent 820 grant from the Philippines that took 6.5 months. That is inside the 21-28 months time frame.

Two from the UK took 11 and 19.5 months recently, but they did get the 801 at the same time, due to being in a relationship for over 3 years. But again, both inside the 21-28 months time frame.

That 21-28 months time frame means that 75% of the previous months grants were done in under 21 months. So; 3.2 months and 19.5 months are both in that same group.
