actually my husband will be the main person applying..i am just doing all the process for him..he is software engineer and from pakistan..but currently we are in middle east...

and yes we are also not hiring any consultant..thats y i am saying we should help out each other,exchange information to see if we are on the right track

thats quite easy and coherent information..could u plz explain me about the assessing authority thingy..i am confused abt it..like when do i have to contact assessing authority and how and at what document would be required by that authority?

Getting skills assessed is first step.

Since I am applying for systems analysts. I am doing it through ACS. (I think its same for you as well since you are a software engineer)

You need to upload certified scanned copies of education degree certificates, employee reference letter(s) to their site.

Use this pdf document for process

They take around 12 weeks to certify skills.

Hi All,

I have also started the PR process, I am in phase 1. My consultant currently reviewing my all docs such resume, rpl and experience cert. Once he give the approval as OK, i will go for the ACS, till now I am preparing for PTE...

Any advise/suggestions....
