Tourist visa

Hi im a newbie here, im from philippines. Im planning to apply tourist visa under sponsored family stream actually this is my second time. The first one is refused, its said in their email that i did not satisfy the provision of migration regulation 1994. My sister is in bridging visa on her partner visa. She is stay in australia since may 2017, my main sponsor is his partner who is an australian citizen. Im education student and married. What strong documents i need to make sure that i will be granted next time i apply. Can you give some thoughts about this. I searched in google that tourist stream is the easiest rather than sponsored family stream..
Thank you in advance😊

The only sponsored family stream 600 I was involved with, from the Philippines, was refused. All the visitor stream ones, also from the Philippines, were granted.

Proof of education enrolment and other incentives to return, such as husband etc., would be handy.

On all the tourist stream ones that I have been involved with, also from the Philippines, none had property or even bank accounts, and all were granted. The odd thing is that the one on the family sponsored, had a bank account with plenty in it, but was refused.

More of the family sponsored appear to get rejected than the normal tourist visa.

If your sisters partner gives a letter to say they will cover your costs etc., that might help in a normal tourist visa.

I know that people from some countries, do need proof of own funding to come to Australia, but our experience from the Philippines, has been different to that.

If you have doubts etc., it might be worth getting the help of a migration agent that has experience of visitor visas from the Philippines.

I am guessing that this one might have that experience.
