Exclamation Help. Looking for answers.

Hello!

I'm sorry for not introducing myself but I'm just a student looking for answers. I do hope that someone will help me gain some. Please and thank you.

This question is directed to Aussies and Non-Aussies.

I just want to know about Aussie gestures or their/your way of communicating nonverbally and how they/you interact with each other and foreign people. What are the dos and don'ts in interacting with Aussies? What is considered rude and what is considered the norm? What is considered the norm but often times misunderstood as a rude gesture? (If there none then please disregard.)

That's all so far. Thank you for reading this far!

I think you should give examples of what you want to know, what sort of gestures are you thinking of?

I did not know that there is something like that existed. However, I'm eager to know what those are.

Apart from the universal thumbs up, you would be best from avoiding using any, 99% of hand gestures in Australia are usually offensive, if not worse.

That is actually not at all "universal" and connotes quite rude meanings in some places haha
