Queries on applying PR

Good morning all. I'm planning to take my travel by March through my company work permit visa(482) and it is for 2yrs. My doubt is, if i would like to apply fr PR further, what would be the best option? Being working in Australia fr 2yr, will i be getting any concessions to apply PR or should i do the same paper work along with my score? Please help me with this.
