Smile My Success Story / Introduction

Hi All,

I would like to share my story with you guys because in this forum only i found a best Migration agent Mark Northam who helped me a lot in my health waiver submission, After a long waiting time finally i won my case in AAT and now I'm one step close to get PR.

When i initially applied PR, my visa was refused due to my health issue (I was diagnosed with HIV). It was a huge shock and my initial visa do not have the Health Waiver option. From my previous agent, i found that there are only few Visas got Health Waiver options and luckily I got 457 visa. I was miss guided by previous agent that 186 visa with health waiver is very easy to get which is not true. when I applied 186 visa, Immi request us to submit health waiver submission then my 186 visa was refused. I truly believe that my submission was prepare well. it was bit shocking and i only found that on my department file.

I was sooo desperately looking to find a best agent and looking every where and I found one agent here who is "Mark Northam". I truly believe, mark is highly experienced person who deals well with health waiver. He don't say crap and he will tell real facts and give options and trust me his fee is very reasonable compare to other agents.

With the help of Mark, I applied AAT on my 186 refusal. After a long waiting time nearly 2.8 years , they opened my case on last month. Mark did lot of research and did a great submission and on the hearing date, with out further hearing, AAT member gave a favorable decision. Before Christmas, my 186 visa was reopened by CO and request further documentation which includes police certificated and my recent pay slips. I'm waiting for my PCC. So Im pretty close to get my PR and also recent changes in health waiver rules really helped my AAT case. After all my past, the lesson i learned is we need to choose best migration agent and also main thing is we shouldn't totally relay on them.

Please do not hesiate to ask me question and i happy to answer.

Big Thanks for this forum

thanks
