hello everyone

Hello everyone, new on here.

My partner and I have decided we want to emigrate to Queensland. I have an auntie there and all my cousins. She has said they would sponsor us and we can stay with them at first. ( we are from uk)

We want to work over there and have not got a clue which visa. I work as financial administrator have nvq 2 and nvq 3 (city and guilds recognised) in business and administration. I also work mobile as qualified hair extensionist/ spray tanner/ acrylic nail technician which I have the certificates for all. So dont know how to incorporate all these.
My partner has a tyre business mobile also has hgv licence and pcv licence.

We would like to go as soon as we can. We are going to visit my Auntie for a holiday to have a good look around and check jobs but we need to get the ball rolling on the visa application.

Any ideas which one to go for? We have looked on all the websites but we are just confused.

Hi Blueberry,
I'm not up fully with the various UK tickets and it's something you'll need to explore the TRA site on - Overview re getting recognition for Oz., and possibly something you may want to leave until your trip over.

Any visa applications at the moment are a slow process for there's been a large restriction put in place over this year and so with less being approved and still heaps of applications, the wait time just grows.
You may want to have a look at the possibility of Employer Sponsorship when here for that's what the government favours for now.
Have a look at http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...processing.pdf tp get an idea of priorities and Employer Sponsored Workers (e457) - Online Applications re employer sponsorship.
