Been some awesome info here been reading the different threads and very enlightening the amount of info here from experienced and new members.

Ok reason I / We here, I have a lovely girlfriend who i meet online ( yep never thought i meet a partner online) in 2007 but anyway we were both going through similar experiences in life yadda yadda. In 2010 I traveled to Philippines where we meet and traveled together confirming our feelings for each other. Since this time I have traveled there 4 times meeting her family, brothers, sisters and staying at her unit. Spent last 2 Christmas with her and coming Christmas with her family in Phils. This year early 2013 we submitted successful tourist visa which I was sponsor, why well she has never traveled before and good opportunity to live 3 months together (real world not holiday).
Over time our love has definitely blossomed like many here so I am thinking surely the previously applied visa would be of benefit for our prospective marriage visa in documenting / timeline / commitment / substantiating foundation of relationship, progression, loyalty exclusiveness to each other and future together
Sorry for writing a bit, but I am proud of my partner, proud to find and be in love, proud to have FINALLY found my soul mate, and look forward to living together 24/7 and having our own family together living the good times bad times. I know we are doing things the right way and following all the requirements, like most get frustrated with the system and just want to be with my lover to enjoy a good quality life.
