Have you had a look at some job websites for your speciality? That may be able to help you. Otherwise Melbourne would also be worth a look.

Yes I saw some sites and they have great jobs with good salaries, is it possible that any of this company sponsors me to get a visa fast?

Thank you

Depends on your speciality and whether it's in demand.

I'm not an expert but I believe that companies have to try to get any position filled locally before going down the sponsorship route.

Most job vacancies on job websites state that you have to have a visa to work here before you apply.

Melbourne and Sydney by sheer weight of population numbers have larger CBDs and companies including those involved in IT but you could find there'll be opportunities in smaller capitals too and because of the natural flock to Sydney and Melbourne, competition could be higher whereas demand greater in smaller cities, they offering a better lifestyle too.

Employer Sponsorship is current favoured immigration process and you'll not find too many restrictions on eligible companies/nominations and it is going to be more a case of you putting your CV out there and making as many contacts as possible.
There does seem to have been an enormous influx of IT immigrants if the forum is any example and at some stage, saturation may be reached.

Check out the Visas & Immigration section re various threads and info on immigration generally.
