G'day everyone

Hiya
A bit about myself. I am living in Australia. Married an Australian. I'm lucky it seems. I had no problems with any of my visa, minus being separated from my husband for long period of times.
After we got the spouse visa, we actually moved to my home country. After 6 years we moved back to Oz. While we lived overseas, I flew back to get my permanent visa. Now I've been back in the country in Jan 2010, and my permanent visa expires in June. I'm looking for information about what to do if I need to leave the country.

I feel for all those that are having problems with their visa. I wish you luck and hope that all works out in the end for you.

Cheers
Kam826

Hi kam and likely to be a while before you can get citizenship and an Aussie passport and so in the meantime to leave Australia again, you'll need to apply for a residents return visa - Five Year Resident Return Visa (Subclass 155)
There are some eligibility requirements basically to show that you have an attachment to Australia, but if you and hub are now looking at living here that shoukld not be too difficult.
