I do not know that you'll get too many people on the forum wanting to learn Russian and so you may want to see if there are any local groups who have an interest in learning, perhaps even start one up and make it that you always speak english to oneanother about current events.
Perhaps even listening to BBC worldwide broadcasts and also taping group sessions to playback for critique.

There are likely english language schools in Russia but they obviously cost money, but perhaps something like local libary services would have an interest in promoting some sort of a study group and you may even be able to attract in people with english as a native tongue or those with foreign english experience as guest speakers.

One of the clearest sweetest english voices I ever came across was that of a young Vietnamese woman in Hanoi.
I was so blown away with her voice and the purity of it in english with no accent and on asking her where she had learned english, she even blew me further away with her answer - Moscow!

http://www.australiaforum.com/genera...an-accent.html has some comments re the Australian accent for our english can be somewhat a little different.

Anyway, good luck with the endeavour.

Hello thanks for the answer! You are right in Russia there is a set of ways to study language but for this purpose it is necessary not only the finance but also time. When the Russian and American cosmonauts have departed to space they for dialogue used this way when Russian spoke in English and the American spoke in Russian so probably to study both languages simultaneously correcting errors. I have come on your forum because I think that I in the future should search for a new place for a life and work as in Russia more and more corruption.

Hello! Probably you are right, though so thinking I has spent all conscious life and all the same it is necessary to learn if you wish learn Russian I can to understand as that and to correct, also I will try to speak in English and you can rumpling to correct. I consider that so it is possible in a short space of time probably without problems to communicate at level illiterate and it it is possible to study in due course. It is even better to find the general themes me for example cars, an aerographics, advertising, the computer, design, architecture interest.
