Jobs after holding Australian PR

Hello Team/Friends,

I'm Nasaruddin from India, I'm thinking of applying for Australian PR and work there. I have BSC-IT bachelors degree and 6 years Experience in Supply Chain field. After paying big amount and having being approved for PR is it possible to get good job opportunities in Australia in Supply Chain?
