Interested in moving to Australia

I am Indian passport holder, currently working as Business Analyst on H1B in USA from last 1yr. I did my masters in Information systems from USA in 2008.
Now I am interested in moving to Australia. Can someone suggest me some agent names that can help in my migration process?
I am more interested on work visa. How is the job market for IT professionals in Australia?

I thank you in advance for all your replies and greatly appreciate your time.

No agent names but you should also do some reading yourself - Professionals and other Skilled Migrants - Workers - Visas & Immigration including the Whats New Link re Priorities as processing time can be up to two years or more.

Your first step is qualifications assessment with ACS and if the IT market is not saturated, it is very competitive.

The link was very informative.
But still have few questions.
Which out of subclass 175 and subclass 176 takes longer to process.
For subclass 176, does company sponsorship is required or relatives can also sponsor you.
I have my fiancée in Australia on visa TR(Subclass 485). Which one will be more appropriate choice- applying for subclass 176 (provided if family sponsorship is counted) or spouse visa?
What are the limitations on spouse visa?
My nephew is an Australian citizen, he is 23, Can he sponsor me for Subclass176?
