Hi there
I am looking into putting in place a Binding Financial Agreement (BFA) which is basically the same thing. Just looking around for a decent lawyer who is reasonable and knows his/her stuff.

Did you find the process easy?

Hi there.. yes its quite easy cause both parties agreed to what was stipulated in the agreement . I myself was happy and peaceful.. the hardest part is how to tell him/her your plans without getting hime/her offended.. but if one party understand and agreed to it.. everything will be smooth.. we will have to finalize the draft and sign them 1 month before our wedding.
