Hi there,

We are a couple from canada looking into the possibility of finding work in Australia.

Caretaker positions would be ideal, but we are just browsing right now.

Thanks

Jason and Angie

Hi
Do you intend to come permanently or just for a holiday? If the later and you are young enough you may qualify for a working holiday visa.
If you are looking for a permanent move then you will need to have some type of acceptable qualification.

You will need to be qualified in a position listed on the SOL or CSOL lists.

If you google SOL + CSOL you will find the lists

As Engaus says you will need to check these lists and then if your occupation is listed you will need to have your qualifications assessed to see if they are acceptable before you apply.
If you are only coming on a working holiday then you don't need any of this.
