Hello All,

Thank you for hosting such a useful forum, me and my husband are applying now to migrate to australia, we are still in the first stages.

any tip or note from any of you will be always of a great help to our progress.

Just follow what you'll find on the Immi site about the visa you are looking at lojaine.
And a lot of people often give not too much thought about life in Australia, what state, climate, employment, city or country living etc., so all those kind of things you can research easily enough too and see what can happen in different areas of Queensland for instance re flooding.
But there is certainly a great life that can be had in Australia compared to many countries and so still the lucky country in many respects and a good place to raise a family.
