Need help plz

hello ive been in sydney for 2 years on student visa which will expire in april , i have a certificate iv and diploma in business management thats my highest qualification ive been working for a logistic company as forcklift driver/storeperson since november and may be i will get the opportunity of a sponsorship and now im worried and confused about 457 working visa with all the assessment, showing that their is no equivalent australian for this position , sol list and skills requirement , any suggestion, ideas would be great, help me please if theres is another way to be sponsor or any other visa i can go through, ive been on google for hours researching and immigration website
