If you have a look at Citizenship & Living in Australia you'll find under various headings a lot of general stuff too with links like getting a drivers licence etc.

Hey all, not to change the subject for this thread but after reading your posts and being in the same boat moving from the US to AU in the next few months hopefully; is it fairly easy to gain employment from abroad if you are a skilled worker? I've been told that I would need to be there in person to apply so I haven't looked into jobs yet. Should I be? I do PM and business management work. Thanks!
