Question Application ofr a spouse visa onshore

Hi I am actually on a student visa 573. I have already been studying for neary 2 years. I just got married the week before. My husband is here on a tourist visa and we would like to apply for a dependant (spouse) visa while he is on shore.

His visa does not have any mention of NFS.

I would like to know if we could do it by ourselves or do we need to go and see an agent? how much can it cost to lodge the application?

Thank you.
