Hi

Hi, my names Tom and I'm a chef in the UK. I've got an uncle and a couple of cousins in North East Oz and I've been thinking about heading over there for a visit.
Next September I am going to Denmark to study for a degree in Natural Sciences at the university of Roskilde, until then I've got a year to kill so I fancy a working holiday to Oz. As I'm over 30 (32) I understand I can't get a WHV so I need some sort of sponsorship in order to work right? But as I understand it, if I get sponsorship (god knows what this entails, fees etc?), then I have to stay in Queensland (where my family lives) for 2 years before I can work anywhere else. Is this correct? Ideally, I'd like to drive from Brisbane down to New South Wales but I don't have enough money so I'd have to work on the way. I'm a chef with lots of qualifications and over 15 years experience so I would have thought it'd be easy gettin work right? So any advice would be most welcome. Thanks.
