Hi
Your best bet is to travel over on a one year working holiday visa which will entitle you to work in a job for up to 3 months at a time but bear in mind if you want to extend that visa to two years you will have to spend at least 3 months of your first year working in a rural location (fruit picking etc). Best of luck and happy traveling.
